View Full Version : Schmidt Celestron 8" Camera

I recently purchased a group of telescopes from an estate sale and one of them turned out to be a Schmidt Celestron 8" Camera. I am new to astronomy and know nothing about astrophotography or this camera. If anyone can tell me a little about this I will be grateful. I have a tripod, wedge, 110v fork and the camera. Thanks

It's a relic from the film era, and would require some quite extensive, and expensive, modifications to use with today's CCD cameras.
