Posting on behalf of workshop chair Howard Banich. For those who aren't aware, the Portland Alt-Az Workshop is a conference, founded by Russ Genet and chaired by Howard Banich, where people talk about telescope making / instrumentation projects, especially with the idea of adapting professional ideas to the amateur world. I first visited in 2019 in Portland and I was mind-blown by the cutting-edge telescope innovations people are making.

Last year, the workshop was held fully online using Zoom and the recordings are available on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kGGkm1B8o84&list=PLEgOx1B-VS_PnBhKJdI8aaKehos-uU5es). This year, the workshop will not only be held online, but it will also be simulcast on YouTube live, so that it can entertain a much larger audience than last year.

The workshop follows Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). It begins tomorrow, Thursday Oct 20th 2021 at 6:00 PM PDT (Friday Oct 21st, 01:00 UTC) and goes on for four days thereafter.

Please find the links below for the live-streams for each of the days:
