Bertrand's post on PGC 1536 (close to 47 Tucanae) inspired me to take a look last night at UGC 378. This edge-on "points" directly at NGC 185 -- the 9th magnitude dwarf spheroidal satellite of M31. It's probably 16th mag and the blue color suggests a very low surface brightness. It was tough in my sky conditions (SQM 21.25), even in my 24". With extreme averted at 260x it would pop as a ghostly sliver -- that's about it.

If anyone else gives it a shot, let's hear your results.
