Our nearest neighbor, Arp galaxies and the Veil Nebula

I wanted to mention that DeepSkyForum regulars Howard Banich, Ivan Maly and myself have observing/sketching articles in the current two issues of Sky & Telescope magazine.

Howard has a piece on observing and sketching the Veil Nebula, with fantastic sketches, in the September issue. Ivan has a "Going Deep" article on Arp galaxies in the upcoming October issue and I have one as well on the nearby Sagittarius dwarf spheroidal galaxy (Sgr dSph), with a survey of its current and past residents.
