Perry at Willmann-Bell keeps cranking out great astronomy books.

I just received the first two volumes of their new series, Annals of the Deep Sky. These are not observing guides per se, but are written in the spirit of Burnham's Celestial Handbook.

Each volume covers a few constellations, with details notes on selected key objects, with an emphasis on summarizing the astrophysics research for each object.
